- Prepare your thawed chicken by patting it dry.
- Sprinkle the juice of half a lemon or 3-4 kalamansi.
- Coat your chicken until meat is fully covered.
- Fry in hot oil for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is golden brown on all sides.
